Annalakshmi is the name of the Hindu Goddess of Food. One of the specialty of Annalakshmi Restaurant is they provide various vegetarian food to dine-in customers free of charge. The restaurant's employee from cook to the manager is manned by volunteers around the area. Some may ask how the restaurant survives? Besides donation from other sources, patrons usually donate some cash to the restaurant after their meals.
